Tribe: Coreopsideae

Fun Fact: Depth of field is the area of focus. With macro photography it becomes a compositional element that can be used to good effect especially if the colors form an abstraction. Shooting this I wanted to keep just the tips of the fore petals in focus and let all else fade to the background.
