We see in color. But how often do we abstract with the colors of nature. It is a difficult thing to abstract color with landscape photography, for color reality is so entrenched in how we perceive the visual world. My aim with this collection is to breakdown natural colors into simple blocks of contrasting and complimenting color patterns. To evoke a feeling by presenting striking color patterns is more interesting than an ornamental sunset.
